How Curcle works

Two routes. A public issue your neighbours can back, answered once where everyone can see it. A private case that only the office ever sees.

Every other tool is a one-way street. Curcle is the only one where the answer comes back.

Some things are nobody else’s business.

Housing, benefits, an immigration deadline. Choose private and it goes to your MP’s caseworkers and nowhere else. No feed, no neighbours, no count.

First, the compose screen, with the choice switched from public to private. Then the case travels past the feed without appearing in it: the surrounding posts stay untouched. Finally it arrives with the MP’s caseworkers, marked received, seen by the office only. There is no count of backers anywhere, because private cases have none.

Nothing disappears.

Every issue and every answer stays where it was raised. Over time your area builds a record of what it asked for, who was behind it, and what came back.
